The service

Matat Translate is a Chrome extension that shows the Shopify admin in Hebrew, Arabic or Russian, and a website to buy and manage the licence. It is provided by Matat Technologies Ltd. (company no. 515878072).

The licence

A licence covers one Shopify store, which you choose when you buy. Changing the store is done through support.

Each plan has a number of team seats (Starter 2, Team 5, Business 15). Each team member can connect the extension on up to two devices.

The licence is personal to the invited team members. It may not be transferred or shared beyond the plan's seats.

Prices and payment

Prices are in ILS, before VAT. The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled.

If a renewal payment fails, translation keeps working for up to 24 hours and then stops until the payment is settled.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. The licence keeps working until the end of the paid period, and no further charge is made. Cancellation is also subject to consumer protection law where it applies.

What the service does and does not do

The extension only changes how the admin is displayed, and only on the computer where it is installed. It changes nothing in the store, its data, or what customers see.

We extend and improve the dictionary continuously. Some areas, such as reports and analytics, are translated gradually. Shopify may change its interface, and we update the extension accordingly.

Liability

The service is provided as is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the current period, to the extent the law allows.

Suspension

We may pause or block a licence in case of abuse, sharing beyond what is allowed, or non-payment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Central district have exclusive jurisdiction.
