Which stores does it work on?
Any Shopify store. A licence covers one store, which you choose when you buy.
What do I need to install?
Just the Chrome extension, for each team member. Nothing is installed in the store itself.
Does it change my store or what customers see?
No. It only changes how the admin looks, and only for people who installed it.
What about product, customer and order names?
They stay exactly as you wrote them. Only Shopify's own text is translated.
Which languages?
Hebrew, Arabic and Russian. Starter: one language for the account; Team and Business: a language per person.
How do I add a team member?
Invite them by email from your account. They install the extension, sign in with their email and connect.
Is everything translated?
The whole admin. Reports and analytics are being translated gradually and grow with every release.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. The licence keeps working until the end of the paid period.
